Ingredients

1 package (250 g) cream cheese, softened

45 mL (3 tbsp.) mayonnaise

5 mL (1 tsp.) lemon zest

15 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon juice

2 mL (½ tsp.) chopped horseradish

2 mL (½ tsp.) spicy sauce like Tabasco

To taste, salt and pepper

175 mL (¾ cup) grated mozzarella cheese

150 g cooked Nordic shrimp (about ⅔ cup)

30 mL (2 tbsp.) chopped fresh dill

1 green onion, chopped

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Use a mixer to beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, horseradish, spicy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mozzarella, shrimp, 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of dill, half the green onion, and then mix by hand.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place under the broiler for the final minutes.
- Garnish with the remaining dill and green onion. Serve with bread and crackers
