Ingredients

  1. 4 avocados, sliced into wedges
  2. 1 Thai chili pepper, finely chopped
  3. 1 chili pepper, sliced
  4. 2 Juice from 2 limes
  5. 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 30 ml 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In a bowl (or large mortar), use a fork to crush the avocado with the chili peppers, lime juice and garlic.
  2. Season and add the fresh coriander. Mix and serve.
