Ingredients

4 Cortland apples, cored and thinly sliced

30 mL (2 tbsp.) fresh lemon juice

175 mL (3/4 cup) original granola cereal

125 mL (1/2 cup) chopped nuts, toasted

125 mL (1/2 cup) golden raisins

15 mL (1 tbsp.) hot water

30 mL (2 tbsp.) honey

15 mL (1 tbsp.) lightly packed brown sugar

2 mL (1/2 tsp.) ground cinnamon

1 pinch each: salt and ground nutmeg

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, granola, nuts, and raisins. Spread mixture evenly on a serving plate.
- In a small bowl, whisk together water, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg and drizzle over apple salad.
