S’mores on the BBQ

Ingredients

  1. 8 slices multigrain bread, sliced in half
  2. To taste olive oil

TOPPING

  1. 2 bars (100 g) dark or milk chocolate, cut into four pieces
  2. To taste fleur de sel
  3. 16 small marshmallows
  4. 4–5 crumbled Graham cookies

Directions

  1. Preheat the BBQ to 200 °C (400 °F).
  2. Lightly brush bread slices with olive oil. Put them on the hot grill and lightly toast both sides.
  3. Remove from heat and put slices on a baking sheet. Immediately put the chocolate pieces on top of them.
  4. Place the baking sheet on the hot BBQ grill for 1 to 2 minutes to melt the chocolate. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread the chocolate on the bread slices. Add a little fleur de sel to taste on the melted chocolate.
  6. Place one or two marshmallows on each slice. Lightly melt the marshmallows using a torch. Top with the crumbled Graham cookies.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
