Smoked Salmon and Caviar Rolls

Ingredients

  1. 225 g (1/2 lb.) mascarpone cheese
  2. 125 ml (1/2 cup) salmon caviar
  3. 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped
  4. To taste, salt and pepper
  5. 5 slices smoked salmon

Directions

  1. Carefully mix mascarpone, caviar, and parsley. Season to taste. Lay out salmon slices and spread with mascarpone and caviar mixture. Roll tight and refrigerate until serving.
  2. Cut into slices and spear with a toothpick. Arrange on a serving plate.
