Ingredients

  1. 90 mL (3 oz.) pear juice
  2. 37 mL (1.25 oz) Monsieur Cocktail Grenadine du terroir
  3. 60 mL (2 oz.) sparkling water
  4. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) plain yogurt
  5. 500 mL (2 cups) ice
  6. 1 slice of pear (to decorate)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, including ice, in a blender.
  2. Pour into a highball glass.
  3. Decorate with a slice of pear.
