Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Ingredients

125 mL (½ cup) 1% milk
75 mL (1/3 cup) All-purpose flour
1 kg (2 lbs) Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
2 u. (2 u.) Carrots, sliced
1 u. (1 u.) Small onion, chopped
250 mL (1 cup) Sliced shiitake mushroom caps
30 mL (2 tbsp.) Knorr® Concentrated Chicken Bouillon
10 mL (2 tsp.) Fresh thyme leaves

Directions

Stir together milk and flour in slow cooker. Place chicken in slow cooker and turn to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours until vegetables are tender. Break chicken into bite-size pieces with wooden spoon.
Serve, if desired, with Tender Buttermilk Biscuits.
