Ingredients

  1. 12 medium-size wooden skewers

No. 1 skewers

  1. 8 whole wheat mini pitas
  2. 100–120 g cheese curds
  3. 6 slices of roast pork, cut in half
  4. 12–16 whole green grapes

No. 2 skewers

  1. 1 bagel, cut into rings
  2. 4 slices of prosciutto, cut in half
  3. 100–120 g Aged Canadian Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  4. 12–16 cherry tomatoes
  5. 8 basil leaves

No. 3 skewers

  1. 2 loaves of brioche bread, cubed
  2. 4 OKA L’Artisan Portion Cheese
  3. 50 g sausage of your choice, thinly sliced
  4. 2 leaves of leaf lettuce
  5. 1 red bell pepper, diced
  6. 8 pitted green olives

Directions

  1. Thread ingredients onto skewers. Vary order of ingredients to taste. 
  2. Prepare 4 skewers of each variety and serve 3 skewers per person.
