Shredded beef wraps

Ingredients

4 tortillas
125 mL (½ cup) cream cheese, at room temperature
300 g (10 oz.) shredded beef (see shredded beef recipe)
2 carrots, peeled and grated
500 mL (2 cups) baby spinach
To taste, cilantro, coarsely chopped

Directions

Spread each tortilla with 30 mL (2 tbsp.) cream cheese.
Reheat meat for a few seconds in microwave, if you like. Divide shredded beef onto the tortillas.
Garnish with shredded carrot, spinach, and cilantro. Roll up and serve with a green salad.
