1. ½ bag (227 g) precut coleslaw
2. 125 mL (½ cup) Compliments Balance Mayonnaise
3. 10 mL (2 tsp.) Sensations by Compliments Dijon Mustard
4. 10 mL (2 tsp.) apple cider vinegar
5. To taste, salt and pepper

Sandwiches

1. 4 ciabatta buns, halved horizontally
2. 250 mL (1 cup) homemade coleslaw
3. 400 g leftover blade roast, shredded (see Braised beef with peaches recipe)
4. 8 slices Compliments Sweet Pickles
