Ingredients

  1. 1 Le Sauciflard dried sausage of your choice, finely sliced
  2. 1 Gibiers Canabec terrine of your choice
  3. 125 g Sensations by Compliments prosciutto
  4. 125 mL (1/2 cup) pickles
  5. 250 mL (1 cup) olives, a variety of types
  6. 6 to 8 dried apricots
  7. 60 mL (1/4 cup) grainy mustard

Directions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients on an attractive platter. Put mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Serve with slices of baguette or crackers.
