Ingredients

  1. 4 yellow potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
  2. 45 mL (3 tbsp.) olive oil
  3. Garlic salt, to taste
  4. BBQ seasoning, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer according to manufacturer instructions (190°C/375°F – Fries).
  2. In a bowl, combine fries, oil and spices (to taste).
  3. Place fries in the air fryer.
  4. Cook according to manufacturer instructions (20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking or until desired doneness is reached).
  5. Add spices, to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.

Chef’s tip: Swap some of the potatoes for sweet potatoes, carrots or parsnips.
