Ingredients

1 Ataulfo mango, finely diced

1 green onion, finely chopped

15 mL (1 tbsp.) mild Thai chili sauce

7.5 mL (1/2 tbsp.) sesame seeds

125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh crab meat

10 slices smoked salmon (4 thinly sliced, 6 whole)

125 mL (1/2 cup) Nordic shrimp

15 mL (1 tbsp.) Sushi à la Maison spicy mayonnaise

500 mL (2 cups) cooked sushi rice

2 sheets of nori

80 mL (1/3 cup) cream cheese, at room temperature

1/2 avocado, thinly sliced

1/2 English cucumber, julienned

Directions
- Prepare a salsa in a bowl by mixing together the mango, half the green onion, mild Thai chili sauce, and sesame seeds. Refrigerate.
- In another bowl, mix together the crab meat, thin slices of smoked salmon, shrimp, spicy mayonnaise, and remaining green onion.
- Make the California maki* base.
- In the centre of the maki, spread the cream cheese, the salmon-seafood mixture, avocado, and cucumber.
- Roll up the makis* and cover with whole smoked salmon slices.
- Cut the makis into 10 pieces. Top each piece with the reserved mango salsa.
