Pineapple and Chèvre Noir goat cheese sausage skewers

Sausage Brochettes with Pineapple and Chèvre Noir

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

8 cubes Chèvre Noir cheese
8 cubes fresh pineapple
3 fresh boar and pork sausages
60 ml (1/4 cup) warm honey

Directions

Preheat barbecue to medium.
Grill sausages about 5 minutes per side. Cut into 8 chunks.
Thread in the following order on each toothpick sausage chunk, cheese cube, and pineapple cube.
Drizzle with warm honey and serve.

Chef’s secret

If you’re using sausages that are high in fat or stuffed with ingredients that might stick to the grill, boil them for 5 minutes beforehand.
