Satay brochettes

Ingredients

30 mL (2 tbsp.) each of canola oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice
15 mL (1 tbsp.) brown sugar
10 mL (2 tsp.) grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 package (350 g) Compliments frozen Chinese fondue beef
8-10 wooden skewers
To taste, Sesame seeds

Directions

Mix together all the marinade ingredients in a shallow bowl. Add the beef and place in the fridge to marinate about one hour. In the meantime, soak wooden skewers in water.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Form meat strips by folding the meat in half and thread them onto skewers.
Grill brochettes about 8 minutes, turning at the midway point.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with a vegetable-vermicelli salad.
