Ingredients

  1. 15 mL (0.5 oz) lemon juice
  2. 15 mL (0.5 oz) maple syrup
  3. 7 mL (0.25 oz) orange flower water
  4. 2 basil leaves
  5. 3 raspberries
  6. 37 mL (1.25 oz) white rum
  7. 90 mL (3 oz) white cranberry juice
  8. 90 mL (3 oz) 1642 Yuzu soda

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker, except the soda.
  2. Add ice and stir vigorously for 8–10 seconds.
  3. Pour contents into a large wine glass.
  4. Add 1642 Yuzu.
  5. Stir with a cocktail spoon to blend ingredients together.

PRESENTATION IDEA

Garnish with a basil leaf placed inside the glass.
