Ingredients

500 g (1 lb) tartare-quality salmon fillet, cut in small cubes

1/2 avocado, cubed

½ mango, cut in small cubes

30 mL (2 tbsp.) clementine segments, finely chopped (or 2 Kumquats finely chopped)

2 radishes, cut in fine matchsticks

125 mL (1/2 cup) chopped red cabbage

1 bag (50 g) cheese curd twists, coarsely chopped

15 mL (1 tbsp.) Sushi à la Maison spicy mayonnaise

4 tacos

Directions
- Stir together salmon, avocado, mango, chopped clementine, radishes, red cabbage, cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Stuff tacos with tartare and serve immediately.
