Creamy yogurt coleslaw with apples

Ingredients

  1. 750 mL (3 cups) shredded green cabbage (about ⅓ cabbage)
  2. 750 mL (3 cups) shredded red cabbage (about ⅓ cabbage)
  3. 2 apples, unpeeled and cut into 1-cm (3/8-in.) cubes
  4. 1 container (283 g) Roasted Beets & Cranberries Greek Yogurt Dip
  5. 125 mL (½ cup) coarsely chopped dried cranberries
  6. 250 mL (1 cup) minced flat parsley
  7. To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Season with salt and pepper and serve.
