Roast Beef & Aged Cheddar Brioche Bun
Pain brioché au rôti de bœuf et au cheddar vieilli

Ingredients

  1. 1 red onion, finely chopped
  2. 125 mL (1/2 cup) white vinegar
  3. 5 mL (1 tsp.) sugar
  4. 5 mL (1 tsp.) salt
  5. 60 mL (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  6. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
  7. 4 Saveurs du four plain brioche buns
  8. 6 slices three year old cheddar, halved
  9. 1 pack (175 g) roast beef
  10. 1 pack (75 g) sunflower sprouts

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine onion with vinegar, sugar and salt and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Drain and set aside onions once done.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture inside buns, and top with cheese, roast beef, onion and sunflower sprouts. Close and enjoy.
