Ingredients
TARTARE

2 tubes (130 g each) Sushi à la maison Cubes of Beef for Tartare

30 mL (2 tbsp.) sesame seeds

15 mL (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise

10 mL (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard

5 mL (1 tsp.) sesame oil
-
125 mL (1/2 cup) Parmesan slivers, coarsely crumbled

8 fresh chive blades, chopped

7 fresh mint leaves, chopped
GUACAMOLE
-
2 ripe avocadoes, mashed
-
7.5 mL (1/2 tbsp.) lime juice (approx. the juice from half a lime)

To taste, olive oil

To taste, sea salt

Directions
- In a bowl, mix all tartare ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
- Set aside some sesame seeds, Parmesan slivers, and mint leaves to use as garnish. Combine all guacamole ingredients in another bowl.
- To serve, place guacamole in the bottom of the verrines.
- Top with beef tartare. Garnish with a few sesame seeds, a Parmesan sliver, and finish with a mint leaf on top.
