Pork roast and portobello mushroom pizza

Ingredients

  1. 1 Sensations by Compliments Original Thin Pizza Crust
  2. 60 mL (¼ cup) Sensations by Compliments Caramelized Onion & Balsamic Cheese Topper & Spread
  3. 250 g (8 oz.) pork roast, thinly sliced
  4. 1 portobello mushroom, thinly sliced
  5. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) barbecue sauce
  6. 5 mL (1 tsp.) fresh thyme
  7. 2 mL (½ tsp.) steak spices
  8. 250 mL (1 cup) grated cheddar

Directions

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium and oil the grill. 
  2. Cook one side of the pizza on the grill for 1 minute 
  3. Remove pizza crust from grill with tongs and top grilled side with caramelized onion spread, pork, and portobello mushroom slices. 
  4. Brush toppings with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with thyme and steak spices. 
  5. Cover with cheese, put pizza back on the grill and cook about 4 minutes or until some of the cheese melts and the edge of the crust is crispy.
