3. 125 mL (1/2 cup) bread crumbs
4. 1 clove garlic, minced
5. Salt and ground pepper , to taste
6. 1 boneless pork loin (about 675 g/1.5 lb.)

Sauce

1. 1 french shallot, chopped
2. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) canola oil
3. 75 mL (1/3 cup) red wine
4. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) flour
5. 250 mL (1 cup) beef broth
6. 10 mL (2 tsp.) fresh thyme
7. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped
8. To taste, salt and pepper
