1. 750 mL (3 cups) strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered
2. 400 g (½ package) pollock, diced
3. 2 green onions, finely chopped
4. 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
5. 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
6. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) chopped fresh cilantro leaves
7. To taste, extra virgin olive oil
8. 15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp.) lime juice (about 1 or 2 limes)
9. To taste, salt and freshly ground pepper
