Ingredients

  1. 1 Pound of your favorite pasta
  2. 1 Tbsp. vegan butter or oil
  3. 1⁄2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 Tbsp. gluten-free flour
  5. 1⁄3 Cup Nextmilk
  6. 1 Cup Silk dairy-free Shredded cheese - Cheddar style
  7. 1⁄2 Tsp. garlic powder
  8. 1 Tsp. salt (or to taste)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine vegan butter (or oil) and chopped yellow onion until thoroughly heated and onions are translucent. Add gluten-free flour on low heat, stirring for 3 minutes until fully combined.

  2. Add Silk Nextmilk beverage and bring to a simmer.

  3. Stir in Silk Cheddar-style dairy-free shredded cheese until fully melted. Then add garlic powder and sea salt.

  4. Mix cheese sauce into your favourite pasta. Enjoy!
