Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

80 mL (⅓ cup) peanut butter
15 mL (1 tbsp.) sesame oil
15 mL (1 tbsp.) rice vinegar
15 mL (1 tbsp.) soy sauce
15 mL (1 tbsp.) honey
To taste, toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Use a fork to mix together all ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl. If peanut butter is too thick, heat in microwave for 10 seconds.
Top with toasted sesame seeds (if using).
Serve as a dip with chicken spring rolls.
