Ingredients

  1. 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and chopped
  2. 1/2 cucumber, diced
  3. 125 mL 1/2 cup honey
  4. 30 mL 2 tbsp aloe vera gel

Directions

  1. In blender, combine avocado, cucumber and honey; blend to make paste. Stir in aloe vera gel.
  2. Apply generously to clean face, avoiding eye area. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Rinse face gently; pat dry.

Chef’s secret (tip)

  • Instead of using the blender, mash the ingredients together with a mortar and pestle.
