- Grind half of the banana with a fork in a bowl.
- Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, NotMilk™, agave syrup and cinnamon powder.
- Mix with the whisk and let it sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Transfer the chia pudding into a glass cup and decorate with the coconut flakes and the other half of the banana sliced.
