New Year's Eve Sangria

Ingredients

  1. 60 ml 2 oz Red wine

  2. 22 ml 0.75 oz Bourbon

  3. 30 ml 1 oz Monsieur Cocktail Grenadine du terroir
  4. 1⁄2 Squizzed clementine or orange
  5. 120 ml 4 oz Sparkling water
  6. Zest of the clementine, 1 stick of cinnamon and 1 star anise, macerated

Directions

  1. In a wine glass filled with ice, mix all ingredients except sparkling water.
  2. Stir slightly with a bar spoon.
  3. Add the sparkling water.

For an alcohol-free version, use non-alcoholic red wine and remove the bourbon.
