Ingredients

15 mL (1 tbsp.) dried savory leaves
15 mL (1 tbsp.) dried marjoram leaves
15 mL (1 tbsp.) dried sage leaves
15 mL (1 tbsp.) dried thyme leaves
15 mL (1 tbsp.) onion powder

Directions

Blend all ingredients together.

It's great:

with fish cooked in packets
added to a lemony, grilled seafood marinade
for seasoning hash brown potatoes or homemade fries
added to cream for a sensational dip

Did you know that...

Spices can replace fresh herbs in most recipes. Be sure to use half as much though, because their flavours are more pronounced.
