Mediterranean-flavoured tortilla sushi

Ingredients

4 tortillas 15-cm (6-in.) in diameter
125 mL (½ cup) Fontaine Santé Greek olive hummus cocktail
20 slices of Sensations by Compliments Old-fashioned Capicollo
4 Sensations by Compliments Old-Style Smoked Ham
1 red sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
2 green zucchini, cut into thin strips
250 mL (1 cup) Mediterranean taste microgreens

Directions

Place tortillas on a clean work surface and spread 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of hummus onto each one.
Top with the capicollo and ham slices, sweet red pepper and zucchini strips, and 60 mL (¼ cup) of microgreens.
Roll up the tortillas and cut into 3-cm (1¼-in.) rounds that look like sushi.
