45 ml (3 tbsp.) Maple syrup, or maple butter, or maple sugar

250 ml (1 cup) Plain Greek yogurt, 2% M.F. or less

5 ml (1 tsp.) Finely chopped fresh ginger (optional)

Directions
- In a bowl, place the syrup, sugar or maple butter.
- Gradually add the yogurt and the ginger. Mix well.
- Enjoy with fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, apples, pineapple, clementines, etc.)
