Ingredients

  1. 750 mL (3 cups) white grape juice
  2. 30 mL (2 tablespoons) lime juice
  3. 15 mL (1 tablespoon) orange zest
  4. 30 mL (2 tablespoons) sugar
  5. 3 star anis
  6. 2 cinnamon sticks
  7. 20 fresh litchis
  8. for garnish, Star anis
  9. for garnish, cinnamon sticks

Directions

  1. Combine the juices, orange zest and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Mix tho-roughly to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Add the star anis, cinnamon sticks and litchis. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve in large martini glasses. Garnish each glass with a star anis and a cinnamon stick.
