Ingredients

  1. 500 mL (2 cups) rosé wine
  2. 250 mL (1 cup) pink grapefruit Italian soda
  3. 16 litchis (fresh or canned)
  4. To taste, fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Mix rosé wine (or without alcohol rosé wine) with Italian soda. 
  2. Purée 12 litchis. 
  3. Mix litchi purée with liquid and pour into 4 martini glasses. 
  4. Garnish each glass with a litchi and mint leaves.
