Lamb Chops with Honey and Sesame Seeds

Lamb Chops with Honey and Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

8 lamb chops (75 g each)
125 mL (1/2 cup) sesame seeds
15 mL (1 tablespoon) lemon zest
30 mL (2 tablespoons) Compliments Whole-Grain Dijon Prepared Mustard
60 mL (1/4 cup) honey
60 mL (1/4 cup) sesame oil
To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Combine the sesame oil with the honey, mustard, and lemon zest and brush on both sides of the lamb chops.
Coat the chops with sesame seeds. Barbecue for 6 to 8 minutes.
Half-way through the cooking time, turn the chops over using tongs. Season to taste.
Serve with vegetables cooked in foil.
