Kale slaw from Stefano Faita

Kale slaw

Ingredients

500 mL (2 cups) shredded red cabbage
250 mL (1 cup) shredded kale
2 carrots, julienned
15 mL (1 tbsp.) finely chopped fresh basil
45 mL (3 tbsp.) mayonnaise
5 mL (1 tsp.) sugar
15 mL (1 tbsp.) white wine vinegar
30 mL (2 tbsp.) 15% M.F. cream
To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the coleslaw. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
