Ingredients

SEAFOOD

  1. 4 tilapia fillets

  1. 1 tub (580 mL) Compliments Marinara Sauce
  2. 250 mL (1 cup) grated cheese
  3. 60 mL (1/4 cup) chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll tilapia fillets and place them in a shallow ovenproof dish.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over fillets.
  4. Season to taste and cover with cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes away easily with a fork.
  6. When ready to serve, sprinkle with fresh basil.

Side suggestions: Serve fillets on a bed of linguini with a green vegetable like sautéed rapini.
