Ingredients

  1. 1 Sensations by Compliments Original Regular Pizza Crust
  2. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) pesto
  3. 125 mL (½ cup) sliced mushrooms
  4. 125 mL (½ cup) oil-packed artichokes
  5. 250 mL (1 cup) grated cheddar
  6. 6 slices (80g) prosciutto
  7. 750 mL (3 cups) baby kale and spinach duo
  8. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  9. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) red wine vinegar
  10. To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pizza crust on top. 
  3. Brush pesto onto the crust. 
  4. Top pizza in following order: mushrooms, artichokes, cheddar, and prosciutto. 
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. 
  6. In a bowl, mix together the greens, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. 
  7. Garnish pizza with greens.
