Indian-style chicken brochettes

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
125 mL (½ cup) Patak’s Tikka Masala cooking sauce
15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp.) plain Greek yogurt or coconut milk
2 sweet red peppers, diced
2 limes, cut into quarters
8 wooden skewers
10 ml (2 c. à thé) olive oil
4 papadums (or naan bread)

Directions

Cut chicken breast into cubes, add cooking sauce, cover and marinate at least 1 hour in the fridge (ideally overnight)
Add your choice of yogurt or coconut milk to marinade. Mix.
Slide poultry cubes, peppers, and lime quarters onto skewers that have been soaked in water. Grill until chicken is well cooked.
Serve with naan bread or papadum, a garden salad, and mango salsa.
