Ingredients

  1. 250 ml 1 tasse Quiet cider
  2. 15 ml 0.5 oz gin
  3. 15 ml 0.5 oz Sortilège

  4. 60 ml 2 oz Monsieur Cocktail Tonic québécois
  5. 2 orange zests
  6. 1 stick of cinnamon
  7. 3 cloves
  8. 1 orange slice, to decorate

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat over medium heat.
  2. Let simmer for a minute, then pour contents of the pan into a cup.
  3. Decorate with a slice of orange.
