Honey, Muesli and Berry Yogurt

Ingredients

  1. 310 ml (1¼ cups) diced fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  2. 250 ml (1 cup) Compliments Balance 10 Whole Grains & Flax Muesli Flakes
  3. 20 ml (4 tsp.) honey
  4. 175 g plain yogurt
  5. 170 g CaBrie Le sensible goat cheese

Directions

  1. Remove rind from cheese.
  2. Cut cheese in four and soften in a small bowl in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
  3. Add yogurt and honey and combine with a spoon until mixture is smooth.*
  4. Divide milky mixture evenly into pretty dessert cups or sherbet glasses. Add a layer of muesli and top with a layer of fresh fruit.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.

* For an ultra-smooth texture, use a blender or mixer.
