1. 125 ml 1/2 cup fresh cream
2. 30 ml 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3. 15 ml 1 tbsp. honey
4. 10 ml 2 tsp. old-fashioned mustard
5. 1 small garlic clove, minced
6. 1 ml 1/8 tsp. salt

Indian style

1. 125 ml 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2. 15 ml 1 tbsp. red curry paste
3. 5 ml 1 tsp. curcuma
4. 2 ml 1/2 tsp. onion powder
