Ingredients

  1. 500 ml (2 cups) Panache Mistletoe Wish or Compliments Candy Cane ice cream
  2. 125 ml (1/2 cup) espresso coffee, hot
  3. 30 g 1 oz white chocolate, finely grated
  4. Mint leaves, for decorating (optional)

Directions

Perfect for the holiday season, this affogato is flavoured with candy cane ice cream. A quick and easy dessert to serve after a hearty meal.

  1. Scoop the ice cream into 4 lowball whisky glasses. Freeze until ready to serve as needed. Just before serving, pour the hot coffee over the ice cream and sprinkle with the white chocolate. Decorate with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
