Ingredients

45 mL (3 tbsp.) hoisin sauce

30 mL (2 tbsp.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

15 mL (1 tbsp.) honey

15 mL (1 tbsp.) orange zest

To taste, salt and pepper

2 haddock fillets, about 300 g (10 z.) each

Directions
- Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, orange juice concentrate, honey, orange zest, salt and pepper.
- Place haddock fillets on a baking sheet. Brush fillets on both sides with hoisin sauce and orange juice blend.
- Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish is opaque.
- Serve with green beans and rice.
