- Cook Blue Dragon Pad Thai Rice Noodles according to instructions on package. Set aside.
- Lightly grease a frying pan with cooking oil and place on medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add Blue Dragon Hoisin Sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, and water. Let simmer until the sauce thickens. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Pour the remaining cooking oil in the pan. Add red pepper, sugar snap peas, and broccoli. Stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add reserved noodles and beef. Toss to coat completely and heat through.
- Sprinkle with spring onions, if desired.
