- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, vanilla and maple syrup.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring gently.
- Add half the pecans and stir.
- Form dough into 12 balls, place on baking sheet, and flatten.
- Top with pecans and bake for 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.
