Ingredients

125 ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce

65 ml (1/4 cup) sesame oil

2 whole green onions, thinly sliced

1 shallot, finely diced

30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise

30 ml (2 tbsp) chili sauce

2 cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely grated

500 g sushi-grade tuna, diced into 2 cm cubes

1 avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed

65 g (1/4 cup) toasted sesame seeds
-
120 g (1/2 cup) cilantro leaves

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, shallots, mayonnaise, chili sauce and ginger
- Add the tuna and the avocado and refrigerate at least an hour
- Served chilled and top with sesame seeds and cilantro leaves
