Ham, Egg and Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

Place the bread slices on a work surface and spread them with mayonnaise. Set aside.
On the same work surface, place a large piece of plastic wrap. Place 1 slice of mayonnaise-spread bread in the centre.
Add 5 to 6 slices of avocado, 3 to 4 slices of honey ham, 2 slices of marble cheese, and 2 boiled eggs in the centre. Use another slice of bread to close the sandwich.
Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap to secure the contents. Set aside. Make the other sandwich by repeating steps 2 to 4.
To serve, halve the sandwiches to show all the ingredients.

Use a pencil to make a line in the plastic wrap indicating where to cut the sandwich to see the filling.
