Filling

2 packages (350 g) Sensations by Compliments White Ham, coarsely chopped
325 mL (1 ¹/³ cups) chopped spinach
1 apple, julienned
60 mL (¼ cup) finely chopped pickles
30 mL (2 tbsp.) snipped chives
15 mL (1 tbsp.) Greek yogurt
15 mL (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise
15 mL (1 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
5 mL (1 tsp.) lemon juice
To taste, salt and pepper

Bread

4 hot dog buns of your choice

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and season to taste.
2. Generously fill hot dog buns with ham mixture.
