Ingredients

5 mL (1 tsp.) paprika

5 mL (1 tsp.) garlic powder

5 mL (1 tsp.) onion powder

2 mL (1/2 tsp.) salt

5 mL (1 tsp.) canola oil

454 g (1 lb) lean ground beef or pork

1 onion, chopped

335 g (1/2 package) thin pizza crust with sauce

250 mL (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

125 mL (1/2 cup) roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips

5 mL (1 tsp.) dried oregano
-
1 family sized kit Caesar salad

Directions
- Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F).
- In a small bowl, combine spices and set aside.
- In a skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil and cook ground beef with onion, stirring occasionally. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; then add spice mixture and mix well. Degrease skillet as required.
- Place pizza crust on a round baking sheet, spread sauce and top with ground meat, cheese, red bell peppers and dried oregano.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
- In the meantime, prepare the salad.
- Slice pizza and serve with salad.
