Grilled herb and Parmesan zucchini

Ingredients

  1. 4 medium zucchini
  2. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) Sensations by Compliments Basil Seasoning Paste
  3. 125 mL (½ cup) finely chopped Parmesan
  4. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) finely chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. 
  2. Cut zucchini lengthwise into 4 or 5 slices each. Brush one side of zucchini slices with basil seasoning paste. 
  3. Grill until slightly charred, about 4 minutes per side. 
  4. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and chives. Serve.
